Who can buy from ONYX?
ONYX sells only to qualified researchers for in-vitro laboratory research. Every order requires a research-use-only attestation.
Do you provide dosing or usage instructions?
No. ONYX does not provide dosing, preparation, administration or any human-use guidance, and our support team cannot answer questions of that kind.
How do I find the COA for my vial?
Every label carries a lot number. Enter it on the Certificates of Analysis page to view the certificate for that exact lot.
How is purity verified?
Each lot is assayed by HPLC (≥99% purity) and identity-confirmed by mass spectrometry before release.
How much is shipping?
Cold-chain shipping is $9.95, and free on orders of $150 or more. Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship the same business day once payment is confirmed.
Why is HGH sold only as a set of four?
Sets keep reference material consistent: all four vials share one lot and one certificate. Single vials are not available.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Invoice, Zelle, Cash App and crypto (manual confirmation), and card where available. Your order is reserved as soon as you place it.
Can I return an order?
Because products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we can't accept returns of opened or delivered items. If something arrives damaged or warm, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right. See Shipping & Returns.
How should vials be stored?
Store sealed, lyophilized vials at 2–8 °C, protected from light, until use in your research.
